Oats pancake is very healthy breakfast and also it can be
made in a very short time.
Ingredients:
- Oats – 1 cup
- Maida – 1 tsp
- Baking powder – ½ tsp
- Sugar – ½ cup
- Butter milk – ½ cup
- Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
- Salt a pinch
- Oil – 2 tsp
Procedure:
- Dry roast old fashioned oats and then grind it in a mixer grinder. Grind it to smooth powder.
- Then mix all the above mentioned ingredients. Make a thick batter
- Next heat a pan and then take a spoonful of batter and spread it on the pan. Cook it on both sides.
Notes:
Fresh fruits of your choice can also be added to pancake batter.
