Cantaloupe smoothie


Cantaloupe or musk melon is a good source of vitamin A and beta carotene. Cantaloupe lowers the risk of cataracts. It’s a great source of vitamin C, It prevents cardiovascular disease and reduces stress.
I prepared this cantaloupe smoothie with cardamom flavor. My husband and kids liked it very much. It is a very good health drink for kids. Also I preserved the seeds of the cantaloupe for future use. 

Ingredients:
Cantaloupe (chopped)– 2 cups
Sugar – 4 tsp (adjust to your taste)
Cardamom powder – ½ tsp
Ice cubes – 4

How to make
Grind the entire above ingredients in a mixer grinder and serve it chilled.
